📋 Description

• Lead agentic AI architecture on strategic financial-services accounts • Run discovery and organizational assessments, define current- and future-state architecture, and own architectural direction through production handoff • Shape decisions on agent orchestration, MCP and agent-to-agent interoperability, headless and composable design, data foundations, and trust and governance • Co-build working prototypes and proof-of-value assets on customers’ data and objects using modern AI-assisted development tools • Deliver defined engagement models covering agentic operating-model economics, governed headless experiences, governed multi-agent systems, and executive North Star architecture • Add new content and reusable components to the shared library • Package architecture, data dictionaries, process maps, and agent metadata for partners, systems integrators, and delivery teams • Maintain clear entry and exit gates for predictable delivery • Translate architecture into business value for CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, and line-of-business leaders • Fit designs to financial-services regulatory, data-residency, model-risk, and operating-model constraints • Represent Salesforce at executive briefings, architecture review boards, and industry events • Mentor architects and account teams • Contribute points of view, reference architectures, and reusable assets • Collaborate with account executives, sales engineers, Professional Services, forward-deployed engineers, partners, and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, including significant customer-facing work in financial services • Deep hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Financial Services Cloud, Service/Sales Cloud, and Data 360 • Enterprise integration experience, ideally MuleSoft and API-led design • Practical, current experience designing and building AI solutions, including LLM-based agents, retrieval and grounding, agent orchestration, MCP, and A2A • Ability to personally prototype using Apex, JavaScript/Node, Python, or similar • Comfortable working in Git-based workflows • Working knowledge of financial-services regulatory and risk requirements, including privacy, data residency, model risk management, auditability, and AI governance • Executive presence and ability to resolve contested architecture decisions with Chief Architects • Team-first operating style • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS • Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and ERP technologies • Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience • Salesforce certifications such as Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect, or progress toward CTA are nice to have • Experience on the customer or SI side of large financial-services transformations is nice to have • Exposure to process intelligence or agentic operations tooling is nice to have • Published points of view, conference talks, or open reusable assets are nice to have
