📋 Description
• Own complex technical engagements • Design scalable solutions using Salesforce's nonprofit product suite • Serve as a thought leader • Partner cross-functionally with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services • Mentor and develop junior architects and SEs • Engage the nonprofit ecosystem
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software • 5+ years focused on Salesforce platform architecture • Deep knowledge of nonprofit business processes • Hands-on experience with NPSP or NPC (Nonprofit Cloud) • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Nonprofit Cloud Consultant) strongly preferred • Ability to travel up to 50%
