📋 Description

• Own end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations • Design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions and take them to production • Solve real-world problems at the largest scale for enterprise customers • Connect Agentforce to ERP, PLM, and CRM systems • Architect API-led connectivity strategies • Design agentic data pipelines • Set AI integration roadmaps with customer executive teams • Work in small, focused teams to deliver high-stakes integration projects • Bring field learnings back to shape Salesforce's Agentforce platform and methodology • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives • Iterate directly with users in dynamic customer environments

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM) • Strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape • Strong foundation in integration architecture principles, including API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security • Strong engineering background • Proficiency in at least one coding language: Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, Go, or similar • Ability and interest in traveling domestically as needed for client engagements • 4–8 years in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Engineering • 2+ years dedicated to enterprise architecture in a customer-facing role • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise settings • Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software contexts • Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience are preferred fields; no required credential is stated
