📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on change management best practices and improvement opportunities • Conduct and synthesize customer, industry, and end-user research • Develop and execute holistic design strategies for complex transformation initiatives • Lead experience design activities throughout project lifecycles, including interviews, design preparation, experience vision, features, and capabilities • Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using human-centered methods • Guide research, interaction, and visual design across the Salesforce platform • Conduct design validation and user testing with end-users • Create inclusive, accessible designs and advocate for accessibility • Present concepts clearly and support design decisions • Drive stakeholder alignment, engagement, and buy-in across functions • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and customers through co-creation and continual alignment • Integrate human-centered service design and Design Thinking methodologies • Collaborate with program management teams to integrate design strategies into delivery • Manage risks and drive issues through resolution • Lead, coordinate, or manage work tracks and project teams • Structure, plan, and complete customer engagements with internal team members • Develop and manage project design plans, tasks, activities, and dependencies • Lead project-scope changes and adjust plans as necessary • Coach and develop Experience Design practitioners and project team members • Serve as an escalation point and drive results on customer engagements • Support Experience Design capability building and share standard methodologies • Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice • Contribute to the community knowledge base and expertise • Generate positive feedback from internal teams and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles leading teams of designers and/or tracks of work on complex experience-led engagements with large-scale transformation • Experience leading Experience Design/User Experience relevant workstreams • Deep knowledge of Experience Design and User Experience principles, methodologies, and tools • Experience architecting scalable, integrated platform experiences within complex enterprise ecosystems • Experience using analytics and user research to drive decisions and develop design iterations • Application of AI tools in services delivery • Product design, information design, interaction design, and visual design skills • Expert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma • Experience working with design systems, such as Salesforce Lightning Design System • Knowledge or experience using Salesforce products and solutions, or Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or other commercial off-the-shelf enterprise software • Excellent verbal and written skills • Strong workshop design and facilitation skills • Proven experience building customer relationships • Proven experience with Public Sector customers • BA/BS or MA/MS in a related field, or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel up to 25–30% when required • Sole U.S. citizenship required (U.S. born or naturalized; no dual citizenship) • Agreement to complete a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position with the U.S. federal government • Résumé with links to a portfolio; submissions without portfolios or work samples will not be considered
