📋 Description

• Define and maintain RACI matrices for all business systems • Analyze and monitor system usage to increase adoption, improve utilization, and enhance value • Act as product owner for key business systems, including roadmaps, feature prioritization, and lifecycle management • Own validation for new system evaluations and purchases • Lead ideation, development, and delivery for AI use cases • Manage integrations and advanced configurations/support • Collaborate with business leaders to align system strategies with business goals and develop integrated roadmaps • Implement system-driven solutions to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort • Create and maintain documentation of system data flows, business processes, and configurations • Establish and enforce standards and procedures for system configuration management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong understanding of enterprise business systems, such as CRM, ERP, and HRIS • Experience leading and managing a G&A and Finance system tech stack, including Netsuite, Zone Billing, and HiBob • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and tools for complex AI solutions • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level business systems • Proven experience with system integrations and middleware technologies • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with business process mapping and documentation • Knowledge of system configuration management principles and best practices • Ability to define and promote best practices for system usage and administration • Familiarity with databases, APIs, and cloud-based platforms • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
