📋 Description

• Execute the product roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager • Serve as the primary customer advocate for assigned products • Maximize and track value delivered by delivery teams • Drive stakeholder communication and coordination across the HDM ecosystem, delivery teams, and key stakeholders • Monitor delivery execution, completion of deliverables, progress, timelines, and risks • Perform process and gap analyses and drive continuous improvement • Own backlog and requirements management, including Epic readiness, feature refinement, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and maintaining at least two sprints of development-ready work • Partner with technical teams to prioritize and maintain team backlogs, supporting sprint planning and PI planning • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and clarify requirements for technical and customer teams • Ensure traceability from business requirements through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Engineering, or technical discipline plus 5 years of experience; 5–7 additional years of experience can be substituted for the degree requirement • Intermediate proficiency with Agile delivery frameworks and tools, including SAFe, Scrum, and Jira • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, and Outlook • Working knowledge of Product Management principles and lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, project coordination, documentation, and delivery execution • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and decision-making, conduct research, and deliver results with minimal supervision • Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance • Preferred: Product Owner experience on an Agile Team • Preferred: Health IT environment experience • Preferred: Jira, GitHub, and SNOW knowledge beyond the intermediate level • Preferred: VA projects and systems experience • Preferred: Software development lifecycle knowledge and experience • Preferred: Agile SAFe certification • Preferred: Jira certification • Preferred: Project Management experience and certification
