📋 Description

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings using empirically supported treatment approaches • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and execute individualized treatment plans • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards • Participate in clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings • Adhere to structured therapy protocols and programmatic models of care • Respond effectively to clinical crises and follow established risk-management procedures • Provide evidence-based clinical care for individuals participating in outpatient programs

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work • Current independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT) • 2+ years post licensure experience • Prior clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center environments is highly desirable • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote clinical work • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills • Experience managing acute psychiatric presentations, including crisis intervention and safety planning is preferred • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment is preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or qualify for considered sponsorship
