📋 Description

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings using empirically supported treatment approaches • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and execute individualized treatment plans • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards • Participate in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings • Adhere to structured therapy protocols and programmatic models of care • Respond to clinical crises and follow established risk-management procedures • Provide evidence-based clinical care to individuals participating in outpatient programs • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation • Support Salma Health’s mission to deliver personalized, evidence-based brain health services

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work • Current independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT) • 2+ years post-licensure experience • Prior clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center environments is highly desirable • Expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote clinical work • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills • Experience managing acute psychiatric presentations, including crisis intervention and safety planning, preferred • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment, preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States • May require employment authorization sponsorship, subject to role and candidate qualifications
