📋 Description
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders in our database. • Ensure timely processing of orders and resolve any discrepancies. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. • Provide support to other departments as required. • Assist with data management and reporting tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy. • Proficient in using office software, particularly spreadsheets and databases. • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Nice to have Experience in a customer service environment. • Familiarity with order management systems. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
