📋 Description

• Manage the financial technology platforms, implementations, enhancements and related processes and workflow management. • Lead the planning, implementation, and enterprise rollout of a new Travel & Expense (T&E) program. • Coordinate the deployment and integration of Coupa Expense, Navan, and Wells Fargo corporate card solutions. • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, HR, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive successful program delivery. • Oversee program governance, project planning, testing, organizational readiness, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization. • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls. • Collaborate strategically with executive leaders on business operations, systems management and use and value added enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Technology field is required. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial technology systems and platforms, financial implementations or and financial operations specifically with payment management and processing. • Experience with Coupa Expense for enterprise expense management and reimbursement processes. • Experience using Navan (formerly TripActions) for corporate travel booking and travel program administration. • Experience supporting Wells Fargo corporate credit card programs, including card issuance, expense reconciliation, and program administration. • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail skills needed. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment in a collaborative manner. • Experience within technology, broadband, telecommunications, or other large-scale enterprise industry environments is preferred.
