📋 Description

• Support the website migration and rebranding process over a five-week project timeline • Migrate, update, and organize content across web pages • Review and edit website copy for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with the new brand • Make basic content and page updates in a CMS or web publishing platform • Coordinate with design, creative, marketing, and digital teams • Perform QA on migrated pages, including copy, formatting, links, imagery, and presentation • Identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and migration issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them • Track migration activities and keep content deliverables on schedule • Communicate project status, questions, and potential risks to stakeholders • Support additional digital content and rebrand activities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the United States • Must be fully authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship • No Corp to Corp • Experience with web content, website administration, digital content, or website migration projects • Bachelor's degree required • Foundational web skills and familiarity with CMS platforms and web publishing • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to quickly review and manage a high volume of digital content • Comfortable working across creative, design, marketing, and technical teams • Experience supporting a website redesign, rebrand, or content migration strongly preferred • Ability to work independently and deliver against an accelerated five-week timeline
