📋 Description

• Assist with data integration and maintenance of applicable and supporting databases • Learn and analyze process workflows to identify improvements related to data reporting, extraction, and analytics • Design, develop, document, test, and deploy custom reports and data exports • Provide accurate information for enterprise business and communication decisions • Collect, organize, segment, analyze, validate, and disseminate performance information against key performance indicators • Develop and deploy standard, ad-hoc, and custom reports, communications, and dashboards • Implement processes and potential automation to streamline data extraction and produce user-friendly reports and analytics • Identify, analyze, research, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets • Provide recommendations and solutions based on data analysis • Monitor and analyze return on investment of various activities • Collaborate with organizational teams to understand business requirements and goals • Proactively identify reporting and analysis improvements and suggest information-system modifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • In lieu of education, leadership may accept 4 years of applicable work experience • Previous experience in business, finance, data science, statistics, information management, analytics, fundraising, or a related field preferred • Previous experience operating reporting and analytic tools preferred
