📋 Description

• Assist in data integration and maintenance of applicable and supporting databases • Learn, understand and analyze process workflows across functional areas to identify improvements and data associations • Design, develop, document, test and deploy custom reports and data exports • Provide accurate information to support enterprise business and communication decisions • Collect, organize, segment, analyze, validate and disseminate information against key performance indicators • Develop and deploy standard, ad-hoc and custom reports, communications and dashboards • Implement processes and potential automation to streamline data extraction and produce accurate, user-friendly reports and analytics • Identify, analyze, research and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and provide recommendations • Monitor and analyze return on investment of various activities • Work with organizational areas to understand business requirements and goals • Seek improvements and monitor feedback to recommend information-system modifications supporting reporting and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • In lieu of education, leadership may accept 4 years of applicable work experience • Previous experience in business, finance, data science, statistics, information management, analytics, fundraising or related field is preferred • Previous experience operating reporting and analytic tools is preferred • Ability to work 8-hour day shifts • Ability to work 40 scheduled hours per week
