📋 Description

• Promoting, maintaining, and improving individual and/or community health. • Assesses needs, assets, and capacity for health education. • Plans, implements, and evaluates health education. • Conducts research related to health education and applies findings. • Administers and manages health education programs. • Develop and disseminate health-related information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Community Health, Health Education, Wellness, Health Promotion, or a related field. • Master’s degree preferred in Community Health Education or Public Health. • Two (2) years of health education experience required. • Experience with Microsoft Office products. • Strong written and verbal skills. • Five (5) plus years of health education experience preferred. • Knowledge of quality improvement and performance management processes. • Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred.
