• Oversee and assist with scheduling nursing staff to specific shifts • Manage the day-to-day operations for nursing staff and nursing activities • Collaborate and actively participate in measuring employee performance • Develop trusting relationships with patients by demonstrating an empathetic attitude
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required • Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience preferred • Two years management/leadership experience preferred • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing • Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 60 days of employment into position
