📋 Description

• Analyze and report statistical, financial, and clinical data supporting laboratory operations, leadership, and reference lab sales • Track trends and evaluate financial and market performance • Set pricing structures • Maintain data integrity across laboratory systems • Develop reports and fulfill data requests for laboratory operations and leadership • Analyze orders and revenue from reference laboratory clients • Design executive dashboards with market-level insights • Analyze quality metrics, turnaround times, operational indicators, and enterprise pathology reporting • Complete special projects • Integrate and maintain database structures • Automate manual tasks and build user-friendly reporting tools • Present findings to management and sales teams • Maintain data confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related healthcare/STEM field • 1 to 2 years of clinical laboratory experience required • Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) highly preferred • Experience with Epic Beaker, Cogito, and/or Caboodle highly preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn new systems • Ability to maintain data confidentiality and professionalism
