📋 Description
• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources • Verify patient registration and confirm benefit coverage • Collect necessary documentation and communicate with third party payers • Ensure prior authorization for medical services is completed
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Minimum of two years of experience in a medical setting required • Understanding of medical terminology, insurance background, office equipment and computers is required
