📋 Description
• Onboard, train and manage a large group of paid Community Mobilizers (CMs) • Conduct many relational calls to action and social media outreach • Hold large-scale trainings and ensure timely reporting • Create a positive and safe work environment • Maximize program referrals for recruitment
🎯 Requirements
• Strong time management skills • Experience in community organizing, advocacy, or campaign management • Existing relationships in key states are a plus • Fluency in a second language, including Spanish, is a plus.
