📋 Description

• Fully manages the change management project portfolio from development to execution. • Leads the agile change management team and oversees creation and execution of deliverables. • Applies change management processes and tools to create strategies for project success. • Develops trusted partnerships and acts as a coach for senior leaders. • Prepares for change by conducting impact and stakeholder analyses. • Oversees design and delivery of effective change communication strategies. • Identifies evolving project deliverables and implements plans to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, healthcare administration or related discipline • Minimum of five years of experience in change management or related field • Experience managing high-risk, high-cost full lifecycle projects • Proficient experience in business productivity tools (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint) • Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent certification required within one year of hire.
