📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes • Support month-end close activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting • Assist with payroll processing and related payroll activities • Ensure compliance with multi-state tax regulations and reporting requirements • Assist on special projects related to process improvement and general accounting initiatives • Support NetSuite ERP administration and day-to-day system operations • Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations • Create and distribute client invoices

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience • Hands-on responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close • Systems: NetSuite, Salesforce, Procurify, Rippling, Google Sheets, Advanced Excel • Strong working knowledge of multi-state compliance and tax requirements • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
