• Achieve annual sales objectives for a defined oncology territory • Develop, maintain, and enhance key customer relationships • Develop and utilize quarterly updated business plans aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer insights • Implement business plans with Hematologists Oncologists and other key customers • Develop as a product, disease-state, and marketplace expert • Communicate and position product information to promote appropriate use of the Sanofi Genzyme oncology portfolio • Collaborate with Oncology Transplant Network Managers, other ABMs, and Medical to drive strategy through key IDNs, academic institutions, and community accounts • Complete call reporting, business plan updates, and expense reports • Implement account targeting and time-management tactics • Attend required training sessions, conventions, and symposia • Maintain fleet safety compliance and an acceptable driving record
• BA/BS degree from an accredited school is required • Minimum two years of pharma sales experience OR related healthcare experience • Ability to think, plan, and act strategically • Effective oral and written communication skills • Up to 2 years of successful experience in the sale of chemotherapeutic agents or bio-tech products preferred • Working knowledge of and familiarity with the hospital and cancer center environment preferred • Driving a company car in a safe manner to daily meetings and appointments is required • Complete all fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident • Ability to operate within Pharma compliance guidelines
