📋 Description

• Provide oversight on piping and mechanical equipment, including turbines, boilers, pumps, and other power plant components • Lead troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve complex mechanical issues • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to plan and execute maintenance activities • Develop, implement, and enforce safety protocols and procedures • Monitor equipment performance and efficiency and oversee improvements, upgrades, and modifications • Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, equipment condition, and performance metrics • Provide technical leadership and guidance to plant operators, maintenance teams, and stakeholders • Ensure installed progress and work products align with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements • Highlight variances or changes in work placement • Track work progress and report key activity development in daily reports • Communicate with partners and project stakeholders about problems and develop creative solutions to project challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance within the power generation industry • Proven track record of leadership and management • Strong technical knowledge of power plant piping and equipment systems, including turbines, boilers, pumps, and auxiliary systems • Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for mechanical systems • Strategic mindset and analytical capabilities • Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to power plant operations, maintenance, and safety • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Willingness to travel and work in various locations across the United States • No employer sponsorship for work authorization in the U.S.
