• Develop and deliver clinical education programs for healthcare teams in ICU, OR, anesthesia, and critical care settings • Lead pre-evaluation, evaluation, and post-implementation processes for product adoption and integration • Provide bedside-relevant training to optimize device utilization and improve patient outcomes • Build relationships with ICU nurses, respiratory therapists, anesthesia providers, intensivists, and clinical leadership • Partner with the sales team on commercialization through clinical product education and demonstrations • Support product evaluations and conversions through workflow integration, competency development, and patient-care best practices • Retain and grow revenue within existing accounts by demonstrating the clinical and operational value of Tri-anim’s critical care portfolio • Onboard and train new sales team members using clinical expertise and real-world critical care context • Partner with Clinical Education on national field-training initiatives for the sales organization • Provide customer insights to Product Management and New Product Development • Report feedback on clinical workflow challenges, competitive landscape, and emerging critical care trends
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT) • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in high-acuity settings • Experience in ICU, OR, anesthesia/perioperative care, emergency department, or critical care transport • Expertise in critical care procedures, respiratory support, airway management, and acute patient management • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to educate clinicians and influence practice change • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous field environment • Experience with clinical education, product training, or medical device implementation • Strong presentation presence with clinical teams, physicians, and hospital leadership • Proficiency with CRM tools, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Ability to independently manage all aspects of the role, including required goals and business practices, in a remote environment • Ability to travel for business purposes • Ability to secure confidential information • Minimum forty (40) hours per week, with schedule varying according to business demands and occasional after-hours/weekend work
