📋 Description
• Build relationships to generate mortgage business • Get licensed and learn the mechanics of origination • Participate in weekly calls for sharing best practices • Work closely with experienced loan officers for guidance and support

• Must have a sphere of influence or network to generate business • Self-starter with the ability to generate own leads • Coachable and open to feedback • Ready to work in a commission-based role • Experience in real estate, sales, or deep community relationships is a plus
