📋 Description

• Support the Finance team with financial analysis, reporting, and administrative activities • Assist with payroll auditing, payroll reporting, and payroll reconciliation • Learn workforce management and HRIS functions using UKG • Prepare and maintain financial reports and dashboards • Gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities • Learn labor forecasting and financial planning principles • Assist with budget-to-actual variance analysis and management reporting • Learn invoicing processes, revenue tracking, and accounts receivable functions • Develop proficiency using NetSuite and UKG financial systems • Assist with financial statement review and analysis • Support special projects related to finance, payroll, and business operations • Participate in Finance team meetings and cross-functional business discussions • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information • Complete assigned training modules, project work, and professional development activities • Report to the Controller

🎯 Requirements

• Service Member approved for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program • High school degree or equivalent required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) • Ability to quickly learn new systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
