📋 Description

• Supports processes of the Bank Secrecy Act Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) program • Performs various monitoring of account activity, detection and documentation pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering Program, OFAC, and Customer Identification Program • Acts as a contact for bank employees and serves as a resource involving BSA and AML issues • Maintains confidentiality of all activities • Completes required monitoring and reporting with minimal errors and within established timeframes • Performs a variety of duties to support NHMB BSA Program, which includes researching, reviewing, and interpreting existing and pending BSA laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of banking experience with an emphasis on CIP, OFAC, and BSA or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, oral and written communication skills and comprehensive MS desktop application skills required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and changing environment. • Knowledge should include banking, regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, CIP, OFAC, audit, retail and loan account opening and/or monitoring or related experience. • Experience with Verafin, YellowHammer and/or Jack Henry core systems is desired.
