📋 Description
• Participate in new hire and annual Quality reviews • Lead monthly department conference calls and client meetings • Maintain certification and adhere to Savista's Compliance Program • Work with QA Team to meet abstracting accuracy and productivity rates • Submit data to State Central Registry and National Cancer Data Base
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • Certified Tumor Registrar (ODS-C) • 2 years of abstracting experience • Experience with STORES and AJCC Staging • Knowledge of 2018 data collection changes • Communication skills with various stakeholders • Knowledge of MS Office • Ability to use email and internet applications • College degree or allied health degree preferred • Course in Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology required
