📋 Description

• Lead the development and delivery of roadmap presentations • Build and maintain AI-native workflows using Claude Code • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feedback and analytics shape product direction • Lead cross-functional projects, providing program management for product initiatives • Own the end-to-end process for capturing, synthesizing, and routing customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a closely related function • Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills • Demonstrated track record of managing multiple complex, high-priority initiatives • Hands-on experience building AI-native workflows • Strong command of collaboration and productivity tools • Highly analytical and process-oriented mindset • Deep empathy for global teams and customers • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Highly self-directed with strong judgment • Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments • Entrepreneurial nature, passionate about continuous improvement
