📋 Description

• Review AI-generated legal work, including legal analyses, contracts, and simulated scenarios • Identify errors, omissions, and flawed reasoning • Draft sample agreements, clauses, and explanations demonstrating sound legal judgment • Explain why answers work, where they fail, and how to improve them • Help develop evaluation criteria for legal accuracy, completeness, and practical usefulness • Collaborate remotely with specialists through successive rounds of review and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• JD from a US law school • Active US bar admission in good standing • Experience practicing at an AmLaw 100 or comparable US law firm • Substantive experience in one or more of: litigation, M&A, private equity, capital markets, commercial contracts, data privacy, or cross-border transactions • Ability to explain complex legal reasoning clearly and precisely • Ability to scrutinize arguments, identify weaknesses, and improve them • Ability to work effectively with a remote, multidisciplinary team • Experience creating review rubrics is a plus • Prior AI experience is not required
