📋 Description

• Video Editor responsible for transforming client testimonial footage into engaging, high-converting short-form video content. • Editing approximately 15 client testimonial interviews (around 5 minutes of raw footage per client). • Producing engaging 30–60 second videos optimized for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels. • Developing strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds. • Delivering all final videos in a 9:16 vertical format for social media.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software. • Strong understanding of short-form content editing for social media platforms. • Experience editing testimonial, coaching, or marketing content. • Ability to identify compelling hooks and storytelling opportunities. • Experience creating videos designed to improve engagement and conversions. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent branding. • Ability to work independently while applying creative judgment with minimal supervision. • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
