📋 Description

• Support sophisticated litigation and counseling matters for businesses in outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, and resort industries • Handle complex liability, catastrophic injury, risk management, and employment matters • Work directly with clients and take ownership of assigned matters • Perform legal writing, motion practice, and pretrial filings • Work alongside an established partner and contribute to client relationships • Join existing client matters with a steady pipeline of work

🎯 Requirements

• Active California bar license and residence in California • 7+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally including complex commercial, liability, or catastrophic injury matters • Strong legal writing, including motion practice and pretrial filings • Sound judgment and strong communication • Ability to manage matters with a high degree of ownership • Interest in serving outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, and resort clients • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
