📋 Description

• Report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate on event strategy • Own execution of events ranging from small district events to large conferences • Generate ROI from event spend • Manage field initiatives including trade shows, Lunch and Learns, customer-facing events, webinars, conferences, round tables, dinners, and company events • Travel to 3–5 events each quarter to ensure logistics and keep up with market trends • Manage pre- and post-event marketing, registration, swag inventory, shipping, logistics, and lead capture • Execute event communications including landing pages, follow-up, and social media • Work with Sales on territory planning and marketing alignment • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Sales Enablement to optimize events for reporting and KPIs • Create project plans, conduct checkpoints, identify risks, and deliver events on time and on budget • Measure event costs, opportunities, ROI, experiences, and relationships • Track quarterly metrics, program results, and success reporting • Track lead flow to ensure timely Sales follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of events logistics and execution experience (SaaS strongly preferred) • Ability to collaborate cross functionally with a diverse range of stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience with logistically complex in-person and virtual events • Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
