📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and modernization of observability platforms • Define architecture standards and patterns for enterprise observability • Architect large-scale Splunk and Databricks environments • Develop reference architectures and executive-level presentations • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams • Integrate observability datasets with AI/ML platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Observability, Monitoring, or Security Analytics • 5+ years architecting large-scale Splunk environments • 3+ years designing Databricks Lakehouse architectures • Strong experience with Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, and Databricks • Experience managing environments exceeding 50 TB/day preferred, 100+ TB/day strongly preferred • Experience leading enterprise transformation programs • Deep expertise in Splunk ITSI, Enterprise Security, and SPL Development • Strong knowledge of Kafka, OpenTelemetry, and cloud technologies • Preferred certifications in Splunk and Databricks
