📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of the data workstream within a SAP S4 Public cloud environment • Ensure data workstream activities are delivered on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with business stakeholders • Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate across interrelated project workstreams for integrated solution success • Act as primary point of contact among business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors • Facilitate regular status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and milestones • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, consultants, and testers • Provide guidance on roles, responsibilities, and timelines • Ensure ERP component implementation and configuration supports data migration • Coordinate Mock and cutover activities with other workstream leads • Oversee data migration, integration efforts, and system upgrades • Create project documentation, status reports, and post-implementation reviews • Track project metrics, milestones, and KPIs • Monitor project expenses and manage the project budget • Manage external vendors and contracts related to the data workstream

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing Data aspects of complex ERP or CRM implementations • At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP projects, preferably SAP S4 public cloud • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams • Experience managing both on-premises and cloud-based implementations • Deep understanding of SAP Ecosytem components (S4, Ariba, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud SAC) • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) • Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budgets in a dynamic environment • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Jira • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and adapt to changing project needs • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification preferred • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred • Master’s degree is a plus, but not required
