📋 Description

• Provide vision and leadership in designing and developing highly effective education products for client needs • Work directly with the Director of Publishing Operations and Content Manager • Integrate research-based pedagogy and subject matter expertise into curriculum products • Act as a project manager • Lead teams, work across teams, and/or participate in curriculum design under organizational leadership • Review content for standards alignment, clarity, and cohesion • Adhere to client requirements and deadlines • Develop curriculum content for publication at the state or national level

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing content for K-12 students for publication at the state or national level • 2+ years of teaching experience • Proven effectiveness leading teams, working across teams, and/or participating in curriculum design at an organization’s direction • Proven effectiveness reviewing content for standards alignment, clarity, and cohesion • Strong familiarity with digital and print development projects • Strong understanding of grade-appropriate content, college- and career-ready standards, and pedagogy • Current knowledge of relevant research • Ability to adhere to client requirements and deadlines • Significant experience working in publishing tools, including content templates, InCopy, and assessment platforms • Belief that all students are capable of engaging in rigorous, meaningful work • Candidates may be required to complete a short vetting task • Selected candidates must complete non-disclosure and business agreements
