📋 Description

• Provide vision and leadership in designing and developing effective education products for clients’ specific needs • Work directly with the Director of Publishing Operations and Content Manager • Integrate research-based pedagogy and subject matter expertise into curriculum products • Act as a project manager • Lead or work across teams in curriculum design and content development • Review content for standards alignment, clarity, and cohesion • Develop content for K–12 publication at the state or national level

🎯 Requirements

• Direct, robust Spanish Language Arts, language immersion, or dual language experience • 3+ years of experience developing content for K–12 students for publication at the state or national level • 2+ years of teaching experience • Proven effectiveness leading teams, working across teams, and/or participating in curriculum design under organizational leadership • Proven effectiveness reviewing content for standards alignment, clarity, and cohesion • Strong familiarity with digital and print development projects • Strong understanding of grade-appropriate content, college- and career-ready standards, and pedagogy • Current knowledge of relevant research • Ability to adhere to client requirements and deadlines • Significant experience with publishing tools, including content templates, InCopy, and assessment platforms • Belief that all students are capable of engaging in rigorous, meaningful work • Required to complete a short vetting task • Required to complete non-disclosure and business agreements when selected
