📋 Description

• Engage with clients, affiliates, and partners by responding promptly to their questions and requests • Support clients in understanding requirements and develop client relationships • Receive, process, and set up New Client Requests • Prepare Initial and Renewal Work Orders for the B Lab program • Support client invoicing and certification packet release • Coordinate with technical staff to ensure timely service delivery and solutions • Maintain and implement the program quality system • Organize and maintain client files and documents, program procedures, protocols, and forms • Track progress to maintain compliance with SCS Global Services quality management systems and relevant certification scheme rules

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or 3+ years of professional experience in business administration and experience in project or program coordination, client interface, and data entry • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt to frequent timeline changes with complex, long-term projects • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management • Fluent in English and Spanish with professional experience in verbal and written communication • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience using database systems (Salesforce) and remote applications for communication (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.) • Initiative and ability to work independently; responsive and adaptive to diverse team environment • Commitment to SCS values and environmental issues • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce • Preferred: Multi-language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German); French or Portuguese is highly desirable
