📋 Description

• Provides technical support to the program manager and meets program quality control and accreditation requirements • Conduct both onsite and desk audits according to standards and program requirements following ISO 9001 auditing guidelines • Complete audits by adhering to agreed timelines, using the most updated program templates • Support the documentation, communication, and closure of audit findings • Maintain audit timeline and tracking per assessment project • Provide high level of customer service throughout the audit process • Communicate promptly with SCS staff on the scheduling of audits and revisions to draft reports • Write clear and technically accurate audit reports following program requirements • Support the SCS quality management system through maintenance of competency records including training log, completed calibration activities, and up to date knowledge of SCS program and external scheme requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in quantitative sciences (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry) and 2+ years of professional experience in a related sector • Professional and technical experience in manufacturing facilities within the consumer electronics industry, metals industry, plastics recycling, textile/apparel industry, building materials, or other relevant industry sector or auditing experience • Excellent technical writing, observation, and data management skills • Strong communication and demonstrated abilities in critical thinking and data analysis • Fluency in English with experience that includes professional and technical verbal and written communication with clients • Strong organization skills with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment by completing complex tasks and deliverables on-time • Highly detail oriented with the ability to interpret standard requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced level in Excel
