📋 Description
• Outreach via call, text, or email to a list of new/warm in-home personal training opt-ins (OpenPhone, Trello) • Use a guided script to get them to schedule a Fitness Consultation with you (OpenPhone, Google, Calendly) • Use a guided script to conduct Fitness Consultations and close on the offer (Zoom, Google, DocuSign) • Follow-up with existing leads and move them through the pipeline stages (Trello) • Communicate with manager for assistance • Join weekly meetings, trainings, and pipeline reviews
🎯 Requirements
• At least 20 hours per week of dedication to leads we send you • Comfortable with technology. Google Suite, OpenPhone, Trello CRM, Calendly, DocuSign, and Zoom • Excellent communication skills (people person) • Sufficient knowledge in the fitness and nutrition field (certification NOT required) • Sales Ninja - Discovery, Offer solution, Make the close, Objection handling
