📋 Description

• Implement DSP algorithms in hardware • Prototype algorithms in MATLAB or similar language • Determine precision and dynamic range • Validate algorithms using hardware co-simulation or C/C++ bit true modeling • Implement FPGA or ASIC designs in Verilog or VHDL • Support projects through system architecture, algorithm exploration and trade studies, design reviews, implementation, lab verification, and delivery • Mentor and provide oversight of DSP Engineers and/or implementation teams • Support design team and customer meetings

🎯 Requirements

• BSEE with at least 10 years of experience is required • MSEE preferred • Thorough knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) concepts, including RF Comms, Synchronization, and high speed ADC and DAC systems • Experience implementing DSP algorithms in hardware • Experience with algorithm prototyping in MATLAB or similar language • Experience determining precision and dynamic range • Experience with hardware co-simulation or C/C++ bit true modeling for algorithm validation • Experience with FPGA or ASIC implementation in Verilog or VHDL • Demonstrated ability to support projects through system architecture, algorithm exploration and trade studies, design reviews, implementation, lab verification, and delivery • Experience mentoring and providing oversight of DSP Engineers and/or implementation teams • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Active TS security clearance is a plus • US Citizenship Required
