📋 Description

• Own paid acquisition on Meta and Google • Build and run every campaign personally • Manage trial CPA targets within monthly caps • Scale campaigns by moving spend to winning campaigns • Set standards and own results for the four-person paid team • Build AI agents for daily checks, budget moves, and reporting across models • Automate repetitive tasks • Turn performance data into briefs for creative strategists • Own paid landing pages and conversion-rate optimization with design and development teams • Track performance from first click through activation, including CAC, payback, and LTV • Launch ads for new products without historical performance data • Spend approximately half the week on media buying and analytics, with the remainder building agents and running landing-page tests

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years running Meta and Google campaigns yourself, at $100K+ a month • Deep Meta expertise • Strong knowledge of Google Search and Performance Max • Ability to build and maintain AI agents or automations for advertising • Agency-side experience • Experience with SaaS or B2B businesses with free-trial or book-a-demo funnels • Strong proficiency with GA4, PostHog, ad-platform reporting, and spreadsheets • Experience running landing-page and creative tests that lowered CPA • Nice to have: SQL • Nice to have: LinkedIn Ads • Nice to have: sales-led or book-a-demo funnel experience • Nice to have: HubSpot and Stripe • Must be open to working EST timezone
