• You are the primary point of contact for e-commerce and growth companies with high six- to seven-figure annual Google Ads budgets. • You understand your clients' business cases, analyze performance data, and develop clear, prioritized growth roadmaps. • You conduct strategy calls, present results, and make decisions together with the campaign management team that move revenue and profit. • You identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on data and position them so they genuinely make sense for the client. • You coordinate campaign management, copy, design, and tracking — ensuring everyone works toward shared goals according to your clear prioritization. • You are responsible for the content and visual quality of presentations, reports, and recommendations.
• 2–3+ years of account management experience in online/performance marketing, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or tech company. • Experience with performance marketing projects, especially in the Google Ads environment (Search, Shopping, Performance Max). • Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams (SEA/PPC, copy, design, development, executive leadership). • Strong analytical skills: you read numbers, spot patterns, and derive concrete actions and strategies. • Track record in growing existing accounts (higher revenue/profits, longer engagement, larger scope). • Excellent presentation and communication skills — you can explain numbers, sell strategies, and build trust. • High personal standards: you aim to deliver excellent work, not just "okay". • Strong self-organization: you manage multiple clients and priorities without losing quality. • Data-driven, strategic mindset rather than gut feeling. • Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, eagerness to take on responsibility. • Friendly, empathetic, humble — with very strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fair, above-average fixed salary (e.g., €42,000–72,000+ gross/year — depending on level & experience). • Performance-based quarterly bonus, with potential long-term incentive options. • Remote work available from senior roles — or hybrid at our office in the heart of Düsseldorf. • 37.5 hours/week. • MacBook, large screen, tool stack including ProfitMetrics, Optmyzr, Semrush and the latest AI tools such as Claude Cowork. • Subsidy for Urban Sports Club Max membership. • Up to €4,000 relocation support when moving to Düsseldorf/the surrounding area. • Work with high five- to six-figure monthly budgets, direct access to executive leadership, and a clear path toward Senior Account Manager - Key Accounts / Team Lead. • Regular team events plus memorable summer and Christmas parties — not just "pizza in the conference room".
