📋 Description

• Assist the assigned division research team in organizing, implementing, and completing clinical research trials • Maintain regulatory documents • Assist the Principal Investigator with protocol implementation planning • Assist with site initiation visits and routine monitoring of clinical studies • Work with the Principal Investigator to ensure research projects comply with federal regulations, institutional policies, departmental guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice standards • Deliver interventions requiring expertise in gender expression care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Prior experience in research or a related field/setting • Expertise in gender expression care • Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful language assessment may be required for certain departments • Current driver’s license from the state of residence may be required for certain departments • Pediatric research experience preferred
