📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the Epic MyChart application • Enhance patient access to health records, appointment scheduling, secure messaging, MyChart bill pay, MyChart branding, and other self-service features • Contribute to the Epic Community Connect program • Provide support for Seattle Children's Hospital and its primary care clinics • Support pediatric primary care, specialty partners, and patient engagement within the Community Connect model • Apply specialty build experience and develop solutions quickly • Lead committees, projects, and activities • Use project management skills, tools, and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field OR a combination of education/experience demonstrating technical competence • Minimum of five years of experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and systems • Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools, and methodologies • Proven experience leading committees, projects, and activities • Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories, and concepts related to a technical discipline • Epic Certification required within 6 months of employment, including 2 test retakes • At least five years of work experience with Epic Hyperspace applications preferred • Licensed as Pharmacy Technician if working in Pharmacy
