📋 Description

• own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area • define, prioritize, and deliver customer-facing features and platform capabilities • lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows • partner with AI engineering to define agent behavior and output quality standards • identify opportunities to embed intelligent automation into existing workflows • work directly with customers and external partners • collaborate with data, security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure compliance • define and track success metrics • operate as a product leader and influence without authority • create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience • experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features • strong technical fluency • proven ability to set direction and align stakeholders • data-driven decision maker • excellent communication skills • experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is preferred • prior experience mentoring PMs or contributing to the growth of a product organization is a plus
