📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Define, prioritize, and deliver customer-facing features • Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows • Partner with AI engineering to define agent behavior and evaluation frameworks • Identify opportunities to embed intelligent automation into existing workflows • Work directly with customers to understand problems and shape outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Define and track success metrics to guide prioritization • Operate as a product leader influencing without authority

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience • Track record of owning and shipping significant products or platforms in a B2B SaaS environment • Experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features • Strong technical fluency, comfortable discussing system design, APIs, data models, AI pipelines • Proven ability to set direction, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes at a senior level • Data-driven decision maker • Excellent communication skills • Experience in or adjacent to cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management preferred • Prior experience mentoring PMs or contributing to the growth of a product organization is a plus
