• Accurately sets up claims in the claims management system by collecting, verifying, and adding essential information received via email or verbal communication. • Reviews incoming emails to identify and gather necessary claim details. • Inputs claim information into the system according to organizational protocols. • Verifies the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents. • Assigns claims using provided tools, including the “All Clients List” and specialized spreadsheets to identify the appropriate client, apply special instructions, and determine claim-specific coding requirements such as office code. • Collaborates with relevant parties to gather necessary claim information and ensure accurate setup. • Maintains quality by accurately following client-specific set-up instructions and ensuring all required data is correctly entered. • Documents meeting minutes as needed to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
• High School Diploma or GED required. • Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. • Analytical and interpretive skills. • Good organizational skills. • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
