• Provide excellent customer service and internal support to an assigned team • Support claims staff and perform office tasks depending on the client program • Set up and enter new claims into the claims management system • Input and review notes and diaries in the claims management system • Process payments • Process mail and handle filing, faxing, and photocopying • Review, prepare, create, and send letters, reports, and forms • Answer and initiate telephone calls • Set up medical appointments • Perform administrative tasks • Complete other assigned activities and projects, including preparing and distributing computer reports
• High school diploma or GED required • Six (6) months of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Customer service skills • Clerical and administrative skills • Ability to use claims management systems • Ability to process payments, mail, filing, faxing, and photocopying • Ability to prepare and distribute computer reports • Drug-free workplace requirements
