📋 Description

• Provide OSHA services supporting client OSHA recordkeeping obligations • Review, identify, analyze, and evaluate cases for OSHA 1904 recordkeeping requirements • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to company policies, procedures, directives, operating procedures, account management standards, and client service standards • Provide reports, advice, and counseling • Generate routine and ad hoc reports, including reports via an OSHA application for OSHA inspectors • Conduct QC/exception reports according to best practices and/or team lead direction • Communicate regulatory interpretations to claims staff • Determine time loss from work • Collaborate with risk services colleagues to help develop prospects into clients

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Strong oral and written communication skills • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office • Organizational skills • Clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred • Computer keyboarding ability • Hearing, vision, and talking abilities • Clear and conceptual thinking ability • Excellent judgment and discretion • Ability to meet deadlines
