📋 Description

• Transform complex data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance opportunities • Partner with business leaders and subject-matter experts to define problems and shape analytical approaches • Influence strategic decisions and operational improvements through data insights • Design, develop, and optimize analytical datasets and data models in Snowflake • Write complex SQL queries and use Python to extract, transform, and analyze data • Build and maintain dashboards highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities • Use AI-forward analytics tools such as Hex and Snowflake for exploratory analysis and repeatable workflows • Translate analytical findings into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, documentation, and governance standards • Act as a trusted advisor connecting data insights to business strategy • Mentor junior analysts on technical skills and insight-generation best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or business analysis-focused roles • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling and analytics use cases • Advanced SQL skills for querying and data transformation • Python experience for data analysis, automation, and modeling • Expertise in creating dashboards that drive business understanding and decision-making • Experience with Hex or similar analytics platforms • Experience with Snowflake Cortex Code (CoCo), Cursor, or other code-generating AI tools • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into business insights • Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect data to real-world business impact • Demonstrated experience providing recommendations that influence outcomes • Experience supporting operational or business teams with data-driven insights and recommendations • Insurance or managed care experience is a plus • Ability to meet deadlines • Clear and conceptual thinking ability • Excellent judgment and discretion
