📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to identify, scope, and execute advanced analytics and data science projects • Design data modeling processes, algorithms, and predictive models • Build, prototype, and deploy machine learning models in production environments • Collaborate with product, technology, and other stakeholders to identify and scope data science projects • Communicate modeling challenges, findings, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Design and implement end-to-end ETL data pipelines integrating data from multiple data sources • Explore new internal and external data sources and assess their commercial benefit • Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert in cross-functional discussions • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science, economics, or related quantitative field preferred • Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Three (3) years of predictive modeling, data science, and analysis experience • Solid background using data visualization tools and libraries • Experience with data exploration, data wrangling, and feature engineering • Proficiency writing code in Python or R and documenting for reproducibility • Strong knowledge of reviewing others’ models and code • Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques • Thorough knowledge of SQL to query relational databases • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Willingness and ability to travel as required
